How is labeling added to lid or k cup ?

You can send your design to their graphics team and they will print your label on the lid for you.

How many grams does it fill for say light, medium, and dark roasts?

Since it is a volumetric doser, it depends on a few different variables like roast level and grind size. In the video, we did a medium roast with a medium grind size and the amount of coffee was about 13 grams for each. Overall, you will be able to put in about 2.5 cubic inches of coffee into each cup and that weight will vary.
