Great video. I started my business almost 5yrs ago. I have one of your roasters and part of my pitch is the air-roasting. I too pitch my cause, as I donate to no-kill shelters. Everyone loves my coffee and usually sell out at vendor events and farmers markets. I struggle with marketing to a bigger crowd. I recently bought a Coffee Trailer so hoping that will expand my customer base. Thanks again for these videos.

I'm very excited about the calculators and extremely useful information provided. I've been roasting on your Artisan 3e with a Hermetheus CoPilot and am starting to get around 50 to 75 lbs a month just doing cottage laws based home delivery and selling to some non-profits. I am looking at getting a shop set up and trying to maximize my time and space since my day job is in education so I'm mostly roasting in the evenings. Thanks for your awesome products and support.
