Nice setup.I installed a Dust Gorrilla Pro from Onieda a few years ago and it works awesome. My shop is smaller but they have a great product and customer support. Also made in the USA was very important to me.Well worthy the investment like you said.

Very similar experience, and I just installed the Hi-Vac in my new shop. It's an absolute BEAST. The V3000 is dedicated to my CNC, so likewise, I have 2 DC's as well. Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to dump, so I went with the dual-55's and use bags. It's still WAY better, but wish I could have figured out a way to use an airlock. That time savings is no joke. Also, automation is incredible. I use the Grit Automation system, so I no longer have to manually switch blast gates, or turn on/off the DC. The efficiency gained is immense. Lastly, for anyone else on this journey and looking to upgrade, 100% go with quick-clamp ducting, it's SO much better than the spiral duct. Blast Gate Co. is who I used.

Hi. Thanks for videos! I would love to have a shop like that someday. I have limited space and I want to buy a sander. I see you have the power max 37x2 drum sander. Do you like it and would you buy it again? Thanks

I love that machine. When I get a larger wide belt I will still keep this one. It's perfect for small to medium sized panels.

I have a 7 1/2 hp oneida it sucks like crazy tons of power, I use spiral pipe that I get from the HVAC wholesaler, it's actually the cheapest way to go, amazingly enough and its stronger

Those 7.5's are amazing. Definitely good info on the HVAC ducting.

I know is not sexy buy very interesting and almost 50% In your shop regarding the mess that dust does not to mention the health issues It’s like if fact like 50% on a wood shop. When l started l was on charge on that and you well said, the ring that attaches the bag, mannnnnn… Also l saw in state of the art facilities vacuum machines For ove 100k That make you smell the wood Without dust in the shop. Happy to see you taking it seriously, cos is serious. Well done on the disposal. Totally worth it”

It is very serious. Doing the thing you love for a living is less cool when it can kill you.
