Dude I got an old laptop when I was like 10 with a bunch of metal, I listened to this album over and over. The laptop broke and I could never remember who sang this or the name but would still sing the melodies throughout the years and recreate it on guitar, a random coheed and cambria song played on Spotify like a year ago and I finally made the link, im 25 now.

StarFox579 Yeah, I can kinda see it. Back when both of these bands were emo. And I mean like, real, late 90’s- early 2000’s emo. The low production quality probably plays a part in the shared raw sound too but I can def see some parallels between this album and Bullets. Can’t explain but this song in particular reminds me of both Skylines and Turnstiles and Drowning Lessons at times. The similarities are super clear in Junesong Provision.

Claudio started our modeling Coheed and Cambria after himself and his girlfriend at the time. It grew into something more over time and he realized that they were more like his parents. So he sort of put a lot of himself into the story and everything about The Amory Wars and the music gets pretty autobiographical.
@IGNEUS1607 Жыл бұрын
from what I heard, he did it by accident where he sung his own name during a song, and then realised that that meant he had to write himself as a character.
