Hi Cowboy, I love the video you made !!!!!! Thank you for mentioning the flap sander method. I also want to mention that you can use the small flap sander for the initial processing of punching your initial hole in the coin. Then, go in and touch it up with the flap sander, and in this way it will be a positive way of assuring you that there will not be any cracks. P.S. Just get an inside ring polisher.

Shorten the length of the rod and set the drill on the table battery side down, that way your not drill into your hand.

Using a sanding block soft, cornering it works the same and does an amazing job. Alot faster than the oragami. Start coarser and move to fine to finish....done.
