You said something about people stacking the coins of their country. Theres something to that but I believe people will stack what is easily recognized, which may be tbe coins of tge country you are in but the Canadian maples have better security features tban the ASE's. The Britannia also has excellent security features. There is also millions of fake coins and these tend to be what is most popular. Buying coins isn't the hard part. Its what to do with them when the time comes. You might want to have something that anyone can recognize as legit at a glance without scale or magnet, or other means of testing. We may even be forced to rethink how we values these metals besides thinking in dollar terms. Silver is just over $30 an oz right now with gold heading towards $2600. The metals are not changing its our currency that is changing. I will be holding what metal I have and doubt I will ever exchange it for paper. I will be looking for real goods, food, property for my metals. Look what is happening in Lebanon or Venezuela. These clowns here have blown it and we are heading into interesting times.

Key point. The person dumped treasuries and went in on silver. Think about this. Treasuries are absolutely not assets. An asset gives the holder future economic benefit. So, if you consider the loss of purchasing power associated with holding a treasury, it's really an antiasset because it's put on the balance sheet as an asset, but it doesn't even give you a tax benefit for your loss of purchasing power as it matures. Silver can help to preserve your purchasing power. That's why he got the 3 boxes. The world is waking up.

Silver has much bigger jumps than gold because its market cap is significantly lower. It’s takes much more to make gold move. I believe the opposite as you. I think silver is much more undervalued and has more upside. You’re right about gold being more popular and purchased by countries and banks, but remember this - silver is the most conductive element on planet earth. It’s the most reflective element on planet earth and it’s anti microbial. The only physical property gold wins in is its ability to not tarnish. I’m staying in silver and wouldn’t consider switching to gold unless it gets to 15-1 and even then I’m not sure. I could be dead wrong on that but I’m betting on reality over perception.
