Two observations: I have never before seen PWB gobsmacked, which confirms that Stephen's ability to quote poetry is a superpower; and in the after-times, can we find a way to keep doing interviews like these, with award winning stars and the host in their pyjamas with kids' paintings or random lamps in the frame? I'm impressed with how well Stephen can do both, but I like this vibe! I even like the way that on this one the guest starts out not look at the camera, like we all have on video calls. Perfect.

That ability Stephen has to remember and recite out of the blue, poems and lines from different movies and books is astonishing. Shows a remarkable memory, that he reads a lot and that to do all he does, he has a superior mental capacity (I was gonna say intelligence, but as we are now calling phones intelligent, it kinda diminishes the meaning). This is why I appreciate his show so much. There are other late shows, but to me, he is above them all by a large margin.

I feel that to the priest the Fox is a symbol of his temptation to be liberated from his enchainment to fulfilling his chosen path of faith and duty to God. Not exactly a representation of Satan, but it appears at times when he is wavering and it makes him so nervous because he’s reminded of the promises he’s finding it hard to keep.

I expected it to be a comedy like Game Face (CH4) but Fleabag was intense and emotional and funny and I absolutely loved it. I loved Fleabags sister Claire but the whole cast were a credit. I remember a show from the 1990's This Life and the character of Fleabag reminds me a lot like Anna from the show - I wonder If Pheobe was influenced by a strong female lead character in a show who was sexually liberated and was not ashamed of how she looked or what she said or did. I will definetly subscribe to the One Woman show and really look forward to watching it and see how the origins of Fleabag emerged. Poor Boo.
