Don't worry you disseminate bonds strong enough will hold an energy together but mostly you just expand and mix with all the other energy without confinement. You join those before and after. It doesn't feel eternal and you can come back in part or whole but never the same place in time. You can't "go back" like that. "For all the points of the compass there is but one direction and Time it's only measure." You are back as One. We are back as One. ❤

You will never die... Not only the human experience, but evolving into another realm, and taking that experience with you each time you evolve into another realm. Lovely answer…but pretty vague about the mechanisms! Once you die the chemical and physical activity of the brain ceases…really quite quickly. The traditional theologians resort to their old trustworthy mechanism of MAGIC! They tell us that souls interact with flesh and blood, but survive independent of bodies. So they are some weird energy form that cannot be measured despite its power to move bodies. Sounds pretty vague!
