The one glaring exception to that rule was Keith Moon but think the grotesquely underrated Charlie Watts and probably the best drummer who has ever lived: The late Jaki Liebezeit. A good example of his craft is CAN's 'Yoo Doo Right'. Recorded straight to stereo, edited down from an 8 hour jam but his timing never varied by more than 0.5 BPM.

I'm sure, like most of you, I love music. And I especially love F.F. and pretty much anything Dave has been a part of (Nirvana, They Crooked Vultures, Queens of the Stone Age, Collaborations with dozens and dozens of other musicians, Probot, Late!, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - Honeybee on SNL was unearthly, etc., etc. My sincere hope is that Dave is as nice a guy as he seems to be. The world needs more good hearted, humble superstars. Thanks for 30+ years of great music.

I was following the Dave/Nandi battle and I'm sad to hear that it's ended. However I hope that when the Foo do go on tour at some point, she'll have a drum battle live with Dave and we get to see it. :D

Dave, your fans will love those 25th year t-shirts, regardless of the year that tour occurs!. Trust me!

Nandi Bushell just blasted the rust of 2020 from my soul!! Thank you Grohl and Colbert for this breath of "YAAASSSS"! (The first and last time I'll drop a "YAAASSSS", but it was worth it)

I cry when Dave does these things. Compassion is the defining trait of being human, Dave is one of the greatest at being human. Nandi is also amazingly talented.

About time!! I am sick of Dave's constant lies about "winning" the battle, having his personal lawyers file one lawsuit after another....its just to much.

Dave Grohl is definitely one of my top five favorite people on earth. He has so much integrity and class and he is so humble. The world needs a lot more like him. Nothing but mad respect for this dude.

I've been following the drum battle for months. Shes really good. I was even going through a playlist on Spotify and stumbled across a song by her called "Rock and Grohl" which was better than most of the songs on it. Definitely one of the more entertaining parts of 2020.
