Mom saw me and dove in this stream swimming as hard as she could, got to me, put her arm under mine and swam me back to a shallow end. Thank YOU! Glad someone else sees this. Essentially, they are defending the Constitution and ensuring they are not being punished for crimes they have no committed essentially? That's if I understand it correctly. Just bothers me that see people who defend people who have been charged with crimes they have not committed, although that is not the case here. Do not think I could defend any of these people. Mike seemed like a good man and husband. @@Froggele

@@goll58 I agree, it’s probably not an easy job at all, for example having to defend someone who is guilty of k!lling a child. Another reason why defense attorneys deserve respect because they do something that’s hard and probably pretty burdensome at times for the greater good of a fair justice system (no justice system is completely fair obviously). Where I live (Germany) it’s estimated that approximately 10% of people in prison are innocent (I would not be surprised if that percentage is higher in the US which has the largest prison population of the world and is known for its racist biases in law enforcement and juries), imagine what percentage it would rise to if not everybody had the right to get an attorney.

What’s not talked about is how horrible the detective work on this case was from the beginning. They should have most certainly questioned the last two ppl that saw him. No way this should have been scoffed up to alligators. The reason these two killers got away with it for so long is because of the horrible investigation

Yes, I remember seeing another documentary on this and it showed CCTV footage of Brian hosing down the back of his vehicle at a car-wash place.....

At the beginning of this video when they talked about possibly getting eaten by gators, then dating the duck hunting trip, I knew that couldn’t be true. Born and raised in Florida and a duck hunter I know that gators don’t feed in the winter.

I saw this case from Crime Watch Daily before. To imagine the wife marrying the husband's best friend after two timing him, in order not to testify against each other during the trials, it's simply mind blowing!! The fact that they blamed Mike's disappearance on the alligators speaks volumes and defies beliefs. Thank goodness Denise Williams and Brian Winchester finally got caught under the long arm of the law, and paid for their sins and crimes murdering Michael two decades ago. The best part of this case, is Michael's momma Mrs. Cheryl Williams who won't stop getting justice for her son, the sheer determination and relentless efforts deserves all the respect indeed!!

This story gives the expression, "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer." even greater meaning and on another level. Also, to go from this (25:36) to this (26:39) shows how much of a toll this madness took on this guy.

Betrayed by his own best friend and wife. Wow. There no love that is stronger than a mother’s love to her child/children. She fought 18 years for justice for her son.

This is completely off topic, but as a future wildlife vet I feel the need to ask....wtf if the point of hunting wildlife? What the hell is the point of hurting defenseless animals. Then when they finally go extinct we look at each other and ask "ANOTHER species extinct? Wow, I wonder how?" Hunting is pointless and useless. Populations/Species used to keep each other in check long before humans came on the scene.

Of all the crime programmes, this upsets me the most. It’s beyond evil, why should a good guy, husband, father be murdered because of one woman’s pathetic little affair and her need to keep all the assets. Mendacious and greedy.

The husbands and wives who resort to murdering their spouses when they fall out of love with them are the worst kind of human beings. Evil. Callous. Cold. Heartless.
