Fr. I thought the case would result into a hung jury because of Benton's peacocking. She's lucky the rest of the team is competent and had collected overwhelming evidence against the ex and that despite her wrong assumptions, the actual evidence backs up the suspect's guilt. But what if it doesn't? She's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Didn't she state that she was thinking that he was going to try to get her put away or something by saying she assaulted him and if I remember correctly then possibly that would affect her custody of her son. Didn't she want to talk him out of this. Any mother would take this chance of talking to the abuser to protect her child. I think she was abused by this man possibly psychologically and definitely physically and believes that he would do this even if it wasn't true. I think that having been in a relationship where they protect their image and destroy you is their goal is what I think I have heard a narcissist does. I think I may be true that it is common for the wife to look like the crazy one while the abuser gets off scott free for being guilty of his crime although she lived to tell the story with people not believeing her unless she lied. If what she says is true which I think there is reasonable doubt that she could be innocent, well at least she did not get killed but I wish that maybe she would have testified to say why she believed she was in danger for her life but he has beat her many times so may be this time she could see it in his eyes that he was not right in his head and could have killed her who know.

They didn’t include that detective interviewed an exboyfriend of killerTory that said she accused him of rape and threatened to beat herself up and press charges that he battered her. He was scared of her. Tory also had a file several inches thick of ex-correspondence with old boyfriends alleging rape and abuse. She had a copy of the “bible” of domestic violence and highlighted passages of the qualities of the VICTIM-not the predator. So glad she is caged for life. Will overcome addiction and had so much love to give his daughter. Tragic.

I have my suspicions on her abuse. I cant prove it of course. But all her injuries are very mild and in places they can be self inflicted. You dont normally see that with abuse victims and i noticed that immediately. Its odd. His injury however, on the back of the head, bleeding, alledgedly her hitting him with a hammer, thats not something you see as self inflicted. Its not all that hard to make some bruises on your arm. Black eye is a lot harder, but the pictures shown are not fresh and through black eye. Its the remnants of it and can easily be faked with make up. I dont think what you state here was in the video. But it corroborates the suspicion i had wrt her injuries. The fact she actually threatened to do that, what the ex said, already proves to me that she did it. And that shes evil. Im not allowed to say more on the topic

TV camera crews should not be allowed in homicide investigations. The investigator should have told them to come back for a different case to keep the integrity of the investigation. I think she let him in thinking she could talk him out of pressing charges and then he flipped out and she shot him. She should have ran out the door and to a neighbors house to call 911. He didn’t deserve to die and the relationship should have ended far before this happened

First off, no way in hell would I leave my home because my guest wanted to "be alone." The fact that she had the audacity to even ask is mind-blowing. As a retired military veteran I have a question, what the hell was that dude thinking wearing his uniform to court? I've heard that inmates are not allowed to have makeup. Prisoner advocates say that this puts an accused person at a disadvantage because they cannot look their best during their trial, whereas their accuser may be dressed to the nines with professional hair and makeup. The attorney applying makeup in court did seem weird, but knowing the above makes it more understandable.

When you are scared for your life you do not tell your roommate to leave for the night and then invite the person who scared you over. It’s also funny she was recording Will and her own video was able to be used as proof that he said she was dangerous, that she knew no boundaries (showing up and not leaving his home,) and that she is in fact unhinged. The fact she shot so many times, including in the back and there wasn’t blood stains showing he was chasing after her after she shot him the first time proves she over killed. The fact she called an acquaintance rather than 911 is also very telling. She didn’t want to catch charges and have her custody to be challenged, point blank. Like too many women, she knew she’d get immediate sympathy for alleging rape - like she apparently had so many times before. That woman belongs in prison.
