A cold and DELICIOUS cake that can be made in a very short time WITHOUT GELATIN and WITHOUT EGGS!
It is made with dark chocolate and this is what will give it the right consistency, by setting in the fridge it will keep the mousse always soft and consistent!

I soaked it with milk but any other soaking is fine, even alcoholic or coffee, you can add the RUM flavouring to the milk it is great'
⏱️KEEP in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours or the day before for the next day!
📝Ingredients: 26 cm mold
200 g Ricotta
500 g Mascarpone
150 ml Whipping cream
200 g Dark chocolate (or milk chocolate or Nutella)
80 g Sugar
Savoiardi biscuits
Milk
Red cherries
Nutella and chocolate chips
