Trent, love the content!! I don't have a tool like Salesloft to set-up/automate cadences. I do have Salesforce & ZoomInfo. How do you recommend tracking a sequence manually?

A shoe box with index cards works great too. Use 1-31 day dividers and an index card per lead. Old school but it works.

depends on your quota, deal size, & sales cycle length. For me it's 1-3

I have a question for you. If your company gave you a set of leads to call, say 100-200 or so, and they were leads that had been called on multiple times, some had even emphatically told the last caller do not call here again, and many were obvious ones that were never going to pick up, because that was the trend of those leads. So according to various notes, these were the majority of the outcomes, would you still take your day to call through a lead list like that and why if you would?

I have a question, what happens when your prospect says they don’t care about those outcomes at the start of the call? Are you then asking probing questions, challenging them or are you hanging up?
