Ingredients :
- 800g chicken breast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cooking sake
- 80g leek
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chinkiang vinegar
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp from the boiled water
- some chili oil (optional)
