"You’ve Got To Move was recorded when the band was recording their #1 album Blood Moon. “We recorded the song back in 2019 and decided to keep it aside for something special,” says guitarist/vocalist, Ian Moss. “Celebrating 50 years is pretty damn special, so now is the perfect time to release it. Kevin Shirley mixed the song in January this year and we knew we had it nailed.” "

There is another band that's really well known in Australia after they changed their name, they used to be called "the cockroaches" their most popular song under that name at the moment being "she's the one", but latter on in their career they became a different type of band. You may know this band to be called "The Wiggles", a big dramatic change from their original music, but still extremely popular.🤣🤣

Was lucky enough to catch their Last Stand tour, 1983, at the El Rancho BBQ in Surfers Paradise, Qld. Was treating my 1st wife to a great steak dinner.. ...we both enjoyed the show and forgot to eat. lol Every number was better than the video of Wild Thing......same energy etc, but more electric and simply BETTER. !!! Sausages, bangers , snags.......unless red skinned. Red skins are savs, saveloys or hot dogs. There are some set rules tho...... Bangers & Mash- with mashed potatos. Curried sausages. Sausages and onions. Battered Sav, a deep fried hot dog, but also a male gymnastic floor mat move / trick as well as the Hello Boys and the Flat Sac......3 of the most popular moves amongst the male gymnasts .

I've been following John Farnham, on my phone YT, for about two years. Posted a few comments here and there - @Dr_Kap introduced me to Jimmy Barnes and Cold Chisel. I was so pleased about that, it's opened up a new world of Aussie music for me. I've also found Icehouse and their beautiful song Great Southern Land. The video is stunning. (There is another video - the Song was used to promote Australia and all that it offers - the scenery shots are so lovely that the meaning of the words got lost, I was so busy looking at the visuals!). I've subscribed, I'll be looking back at your earlier reactions. Best wishes. Oct'24. UK. E ❤

They are playing in my home town and I almost got tickets but was robbed by ticketmaster. I got in, had tickets allocated and when I pressed the confirm and pay button got a circle of death for a while and when it finally refreshed it told me my session had timed out. Fortunately they announced some extra shows and I got tickets to a show in Sydney at a venue that uses a different ticket seller. First saw them in 1978 at a venue that holds about 300 people. Saw them whenever I could over the next 5 years, again in 2015 and now in 2024.

Hi Alex and George, it's great to hear your voices again. I haven't heard this song before, so I think it might be a new release; Chisel still has it, it's definitely a banger. I think the choice of sausage was a good selection, a snag is basically every sausage, they are all snags, so it is a generic term. I agree with Alex, the start of the song was, for me a bit generic, so a generic sausage reference is somewhat applicable. However, I actually really liked the song by the end of the track, and it is already sitting in my "Commuting" playlist. Sadly, I don't have tickets to see any of Chisel's shows as I have recently bought some land out west and I have also been shuttling back and forth to Kalimantan a bit since January, so funds are stretched a bit tight at the moment. In fact, I still have to watch your Slade video that the KZbin Gods decided you couldn't put on your channel, on Patreon as I was in Kalimantan when it dropped. I will get there though. Thanks for this video guys, I'm really happy that you are back and love that you are scaling it down to relieve some of the pressure on yourselves. Life is too short to be a slave to anything. Stay well.
