I'm not sure if there's an issue with YT. The sound is set at the same level as all of my videos, but lately, I've had issues with other channels and their videos being quiet when I go to watch them. I'll do a little research x

and hopefully with essential oils they will not be discontinued after you have gone to all the effort of the cerification, that must get so frustrating

Well, no. Essential oils won't get discontinued. Scents get discontinued due to poor sales or formulation restrictions, so fingers crossed all will be well x
