Cold start. 2020 GMC Sierra with 5.3L V8 and AFE Vulcan catback exhaust.

This is the "aggressive sounding" one. Still very mild. I never ever took a video from inside but it was not loud at all. You could actually hear the truck. These trucks are usually ridiculously quiet from the factory.

Sounds good!! No more tap tap tap from that flapper valve by the muffler. Mine came with a single exhaust side exit. I was kinda hoping for a dual black tip exit on both sides. Yours is the sound I’m looking for! I don’t think I’ll get that even with a new single exhaust set up.

I believe they also come with black tips for a little extra $$...I just chose chrome on mine. Mine also came with a single side exit. I hate those with a passion.

@@diambo4life did you go with quad out the back or single exhaust with dual side tips?

@@markgray2931 It was a dual exit catback with dual tips. I sold the truck a few months ago. Getting an F150. It split into a dual after the muffler located before the rear axle.

@@diambo4life I’m thinking since I just want a little different sound that the cat back single AFE side exit with dual tips will be fine for me. I hope!!

@@markgray2931 Do have to warn you that at low rpm...the truck did make some weird humming especially when coasting at low speed. I think this is because of the elimination of the valve before the stock muffler. The stock muffler quiets this.
