Cold Steel is pleased to offer their battle ready version of this famous sword. Like the originals, it offers a long wide blade of 1055 carbon steel with fully sharpened edges and a very useful point. To insure it’s light enough to be easily wielded with one hand, it features a single broad fuller in the center of the blade that serves to reduce weight, improve balance and add the stiffness needed to withstand heavy blows. The hilt of the Cold Steel Norman Sword is also reminiscent of many surviving originals with upturned, spatulated quillions, leather-over-wood grip, and a modified ”cocked hat” pommel. This pommel shape was specially chosen because it allows more room for the hand, while counter balancing the blade and serving as a weapon in its own right.

Great video man! Beautiful cuts! That was a great point about rust. I just did video covering the same topic, here in Florida, humidity will ruin a blade literally overnight if left unattended. Great job overall love your videos

It would also be helpful if these video reviews were made into playlists. Many buyers purchase weapons based on three categories. Price, weapon type and manufacturer. If you made some manufacturer specific playlists and then a couple for price, hitting those value weapons obviously and then a few weapon type playlists I believe your viewers would get a benefit from your content. Right now to find price for instance I have to go to the website and search the weapon to find out that I watched an amazing review of a sword I won't be able to afford. Great, review but it doesn't do me personally a lot of good to watch a lot of reviews of $800 weapons because I do not typically collect, I buy weapons to use. For manufacturer I can search and find most videos easily enough but it would be great if I could click on the Depeeka or Windlass playlist and see all your reviews for a specific manufacturer. It would also be amazing to find all the sword reviews in one place, all the mace reviews in one place, all the axe reviews in one place and all the knife reviews in one place. If you created playlists of all your videos with weapon specific reviews in playlists by weapon type people would be able to watch a string of videos of the weapons they want to see.
