Hey, I feel the need to point out that delegation fighters getting an additional starting skill is ambiguously worded. I've got no beef with any groups that rule either way, but you should probably point out for new players that it might not be ruled that way at every table :)

I usually go with the additional skill because the rules state you assign an archetype to your leaders and champions and they get a skill with that associated archetype. Granted, its all up the Arbitrator of the campaign in the end. :D
