Really enjoy your videos. They truly capture what it is like to be a bank fisherman. I and I’m sure many of your subscribers catch themselves saying, “Yep that’s happened to me.” while watching. Love the part where you kept going back after the fish that was nibbling at your bait, kinda gets personal - sort of “mano-a-fisho “. Really satisfying when you finally catch it! Thanks for keeping it realistic. (Don’t have enough time to get into annoying boat fishermen who think they own the water!)

@@RealisticFishing Hunting season opened up a couple days ago and one of my favorite fishing spots happens to be near a big hunting area. The occasional gunshots in the background don't make for the best ambiance while fishing lol. I got nothing against hunting, but I probably won't be going back to that spot until spring. Personal favorite setup when using gulp alive! Minnows is just a split shot and a hook. And cast it out. Changing split shots size depending on how the bite is for presentation in the water as how fast itll sink and whatnot.

No spillage. It's nasty and cold here right now so I've been cleaning and organizing all of my fishing equipment. It's been ignored most of the summer. It was a very busy summer other things. I'm afraid fishing came in second and my boat and gear were a real mess. Respooling oh my reels tomorrow.

I used to get pissed at boaters when I was using a bobber to jig either jigs or artificial baits, then I realized if I just ignored the bobber until the wakes passed, I usually caught a fish off of one of the wakes. Just let them work the bait in a static position.
