Cold water swimming for mental health 🍂 healing in nature

Join me in Dartmoor as I get out searching for a wild winter swim and exploring the moors. I had to push myself to get out on this day, but as always as found being in nature, walking, the sounds of the water and finally going for a cold swim a good remedy for low mood. The bleak beauty of the moors in the mist, ancient stone circles and magical atmosphere of Dartmoor are so beautiful, I hope you enjoy this relaxing walk!
