Palmer is good with Small teams,he cant perform while playing big teams like Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham, Newcastle, Liverpool,Aston villa..Chelsea have only played Man city at Stamford brdge and lost 2;0.They are yet to play.. Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle,Aston Villa and even Man U.If palmer prooves himself in these big maatches then i will agreed he is one of the best in the PL
