As a 45 year old woman who has been with my husband for 20 years now, I will say this. I have been in and out of love with him throughout our long relationship. We have seen each other grow and change through the years and we have both adapted to each other as we both navigate life. I truly love him so much, but that love has evolved. He is my best friend. I don't know if I could ever explain the pain, sorrow, fear, passion, joy, love, agape we have both experienced with each other. Until you invest in a partner for a long period of time you will never know how hard it is, or how rewarding it is. Through thick and thin you make it through together. We all deserve that experience with another person. Find someone and love them. It is so worth it. The experience alone is magic!

@@DiamondScuff truthfully, romance is only a fraction of what relationships are. You have a lot of arguments and struggles. But if you are lucky you can figure out how to fight fair and compromise. I think that is why some get in a relationship for like 5 years and separate. They end up back together a few years later. Seems the grass is greener, then they figure out that the grass was just not getting watered. Dumb, but true. May as well stick with one you can stand, because why start over again? It will just be a variation of the same.

@@KyranSparda Nah.. The stuff I wanted isn't available here. I'd just been tricked through marketing. Love isn't genuine. Growing in a family isn't living its filled with judgements. It's making me an asshole. I'd wanted to be a decent polite man. How does a mother-in-law treat a man who's polite to her? She takes advantage. Who gets yelled at and insulted by women more, a man who's polite and decent or a man who punches women in their face often? It's the decent man. I'm realizing I can't be the man I'd like to be and be treated well at the same time. For sure I'd rather be respected than disrespected, no matter what line I'd have to cross.. And there are women who'd easily have children with me, but they'd too want to push boundaries. They've already mostly had to be warned. I've been asked out in a date today, tomorrow and Friday (5 days from now) and I can see through it. They think if they are nice now they can be grumpy and controlling later. I won't have it. I don't want to slap a woman or put her in her place. She should know her place the same way I know how to respect her boundaries. Now, I will let you know the man I've become. I would in my younger years, protect random women. My brother and I would fight jn the streets wjth abusive men or men robbing women. We'd been hurt and stabbed and we were proud to be those types of men. But women didn't even say thank you. Not that I wanted thanks. I wanted more respect than the men who harmed women. I didn't get that. Last night, I was in a 7/11. Outside the doors a man grabbed his girlfriend, choked her and slapped her face multiple times. She yelled and cried. He pulled her hair and slapped her more. I walked outside and realized "what's the point in being a decent man?" And I nodded at him, walked around them and went home. I found myself in my home watching a movie, safe; no brushes from a fight, no stab wound, comfortable & content. The old version of me was a stupid idiot. My good heart didn't matter. It was mocked and disrespected. How often do you see an article about a man who wouldn't give up his bus seat for a pregnant woman or an elderly person? Often enough.. but there's no article about the men who do give up their seat. They are expected to do whats right and not celebrated for it. No one writes an article about them. And sure; we shouldn't get celebrated for doing what we are supposed to do; so being g a mother or a single mother shouldn't be celebrated either. You have a baby, you go work and shut up about it. So now I've become an unkind and mean man, who would step over an active assault. Yoda was a fictional little gremlin, and in real life Vader would have punted that tiny little punk across the field-goal line.. goodness takes energy to produce and evil doesn't. Evil just exists here & yet its far more respected than good. Romanticized good ess is admired; when it's fictional..but Real life goodness was mocked for so long that I'm not listening anymore. I can walk to the laundromat at night safely. Of you can't, that's your problem.. figure it out

I also have a series of diagnosis that cause a living hell and nightmares, yet, I accept the fact life is like this and I'm not the only one in the world who has a miserable life. Even if I live alone and are isolated every day, I still make my home comfortable and how I want my own atmosphere in order to thrive as best as I can, and it's totally worth the effort. If you think everyone will make your life good, then you're wrong.

I'm also 25 and holy shit this hits home. I was fortunate to grow up around healthy relationships and in an emotionally safe household but ended up very naive. The past couple years have been really hard in realizing all the truths that you mentioned, especially about unconditional love. I thought unconditional love existed, I gave my whole heart to my ex and poured my soul into supporting him but was blinded by what became an emotionally abusive and manipulative situation. Hurt like hell because I loved him unconditionally and I didn't know what narcissistic abuse was (I also hate labels and don't want to diagnose anything but it had many characteristics of that). I have had a hard time trusting people and knowing what genuine love is now. I've had a lot of similar realization as you, and it's challenging not to become cynical and close my heart off. I don't know if u will ever read this, but I am 18 years old and I have been a survivor of sexual assault, this isn't a place to vent but I just wanted to say my experience. I was blamed my people around me and even my mother, alot of people didn't believe in me saying that it wasn't consensual and that I was brutally assaulted as well. This incident created alot of pain in me too, alot of flashbacks and mental breakdown to practically not being able to sleep and either having seizures or looking dead at the ceiling without even being aware that tears were falling down my cheeks. I stand here today, 4 months after my assault that I survived and am still surviving and this is the story I live by. I cannot be more proud of myself in knowing that even if people didn't believe in me, I did and I cared for myself. I was here for myself when people failed to believe in my story. I realised only we are the truth and only we know it and sometimes we need to make peace with knowing that only we believe in it. No matter how much people pull you down, only you can have complete and full faith in yourself and your truth to get yourself up. And you have all the power to, even when you don't know it or you think it may have been snatched from you. I’ve known this forever. Since High school I have been a loner and always deeply craved for connection, but never truly found it. Yet despite all my problems and issues, and insecurities and deepest fears, I’ve never thrown them into anyone else because in the end we face everything alone. Yet I always seem to get the shit end of the stick when dealing with people. Perhaps I will never find that connection, but I can confidently say that life has gotten better since I’ve taken the time to confront myself and conquer myself. I also had to go through this like no one cared what I had to say, but I did have to listen to what they had to say. For example, today I asked a "friend" of mine to read a story I had written. She said sure, but when she saw how much text it was, she said, I have a headache, I can't read that right now. like bro, she didn't even try to read it and it wasn't even boring, the story was all about fantasy. but my point is that she didn't care. I actually have 0 friends no one cares about me and I'm always alone. Sometimes I cry because I think am i not good enough or did I do something bad? I'm always the one who tried to help them when they had a problem but didn't get anything back, not that I necessarily want anything from you back but if I ask you something, will at least help me a little. like I would really appreciate that. doesn't matter how small it is. But now I got used to it so it doesn't hurt me anymore. because most people are like this, the chances of meeting someone who thinks like you in a good positive way and who wants to get the most out of life just like you, there aren't many. as I think 20% of the 100%

It is SUPER IMPORTANT to understand the difference between love and lust. When first hooking up, it is lust, all the way. It is instant gratification, amd it is easy to attain once the connection, attraction is established. Love takes time, effort, and it needs maintenance, constantly. I'm 72, with the love of my life. We aren't intimate anymore, and we don't care. We get along as best friends, don't live together except on weekends, where we work together on common goals. I take care of her, she takes care of me... and we're not keeping score. This is love.

I was doing an essay and searching for a resource I could use for my citation. Regarding the example I provided, I came across this video online to see if I wanted to use it as a citation. While listening to the video, I wanted to tell you the absolute truth about life. Cole mentioned certain things in the video that I could see why you may find items; I wanted to provide you with a different perspective you can ponder on and look into for yourself. Ever since I was little, I always thought differently about life and people. Growing up, I didn’t go to church frequently, but anytime I did, I was intrigued by the teaching I heard. Long story short, when I started middle school, my grandma decided for us to stop attending this particular church in our area because there was something they were teaching that might’ve been contrary to what the word of God says. I need to learn who God was for me by reading the Bible. Even though there were certain things that I might not have understood at that age, I slowly but surely we’re starting to develop a knowledge of who God is. Even though I didn’t fully surrender my life to the Lord at that age and did not indeed have a strong relationship with the Lord, I prayed to Him almost daily (which is another way of saying that you were talking to God), and still reading the Bible. I am 20 years old, and I am glad to say that I have a relationship with God because of what His Son, Jesus Christ, did for all of us on the cross of Calvary. Jesus is the Son of God, the image of the righteousness of God the Father, and the physical essence of God the Holy Spirit. God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one God and three persons. We do not serve three different gods; we only serve one true God. Now I know you probably think Christianity is just a way for people to make themselves feel better about their existence and is a coping mechanism to help come to terms with death. I understand the people who might think that when I tell you this false assumption is far from the truth. God doesn’t love religion. He loves relationships. He wants a personal relationship with us but won’t force us because he has provided us with free will. God has given humankind a free choice and has provided us with the option of personally choosing Him as our Lord and Savior of our life. By putting your trust, faith, and hope in the Lord, who has always existed before the beginning of time, we are putting our trust in the one and only true God, who holds all of existence in the palm of his hands. God loves justice and hates sin. Sin means wrongdoing, giving into rebellion, disobedience, and unholy living. Because God hates sin, God the Son, Jesus Christ, came physically on this earth to save humankind from the eternal punishment caused by sin, which is eternal damnation in hell. God did not create hell for people; He made it for the devil and his demons. The devil, whose name is also Lucifer was an angel in heaven; he disobeyed God because he wanted to be just like Him. He wanted to be by Jesus, and because of this, a third of God’s holy angels turned against the Lord and went to serve the devil instead (Revelation 12:7-9). Furthermore, the Lord cast them out of heaven because of the chaos they were causing. You’re probably thinking to yourself, how do you know all of this, and how do you think this is intellectually and logically correct? People fail to realize that we don’t just live in a physical realm but also a spiritual one (Ephesians 6:12). Don’t believe me? Why do you think there are people doing witchcraft and sorcery? Why are people giving into New Age practices and worshiping crystals? People are given zodiac signs and horoscopes. Why do you think people dress up as the devil, warlocks, and demons on Halloween? All those things are an abomination, and God does not want us to participate in something that can cause corruption in our lives. People who used to do those things, and the Lord delivered them from it. There’s this KZbin channel called Delafé Testimonies that also discusses that matter on the track if you want to check it out. ---> rest in the reply section

There are many stories in the Bible of people who departed from the ways of God and experienced consequences because of their actions. It all started in the garden of Eden when Eve was given to the enemy's temptation by eating the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. To clarify, no one knows the specific fruit that was eaten. Some people think it was an apple, but that is false because the Bible doesn’t say what it was, to begin with. When God decided to make the heavens on the earth and put people on the planet, tells dominion over everything on it people were living in paradise. There was no sense of sin and wrongdoing because everything was perfect. God said explicitly that they could eat from any tree in the garden, except for “the tree of knowledge of good and evil” (Genesis 2:15-17). God warned them ahead of time that if they were to do this, they would die right on the spot, but when Eve forsook the ways of God and convinced her husband to do the same, not only did sin enter the world, but God was merciful and spread them from physical death (Genesis 3). Their perfect relationship with God was torn apart, and even though they might not have physically died right then and there on the spot, their spiritual relationship with God died right then and there. That is why life has so much chaos and destruction because it is all derived from sin. Therefore, to prevent us from living in sin, to prevent us from giving into the ways of the devil, the Lord Jesus sacrificed Himself willingly (John 10:17-18) on the cross by taking the punishment we should’ve received from God, the father, by policing it upon Himself, so that we wouldn’t have to bear God’s wrath, which is not something to play with. Three days later, God, the Holy Spirit, raised Jesus from the dead, enabling us to have reconciliation with God through Jesus. The word reconciliation means restoration of friendship, and that’s what God desires to have with us; a true friendship; it doesn’t take a genius to conclude that there’s a more significant concept to life than we truly realize. God had given us all a purpose and plan for our lives before we were even born, let alone conceived (Psalm 139). Because God is eternal, meaning, He is the beginning and the end (Revelation 21:6), meaning He has no face and He has no future because He has always existed (Isaiah 44:5); he already all of the mistakes and pitfalls that we will encounter in life, by choosing God as our Lord and Savior, and genuinely living to give him glory. While temporarily on this earth, we serve the only true God, who will order our steps and protect us. Even if we do slip up because of our own doing, the Lord will provide ways for us to get back up again. That is not an excuse to take advantage of God‘s grace and mercy by doing whatever we want to do and living anyway. We all have to give an account to God for all the things we’ve thought, said, and done, whether good or bad. Whether you believe in Christ or Jesus, every knee will bow. Every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord when Jesus returns to bring the remnant of God’s chosen ones to be with him in heaven forever and will cast away those that one does not surrender to God and to those who believed in the Lord but decided to continue in their sinful lifestyle and living, even though God provided them multiple opportunities to repent (change their mind and actions for the better) and to escape from eternal damnation. I am also not saying that when you surrender your life to God, start living for the Lord Jesus. I see the Holy Spirit, who is God to dwell within you to convict (NOT CONDEMN) us of sin, direct, and guide us so that we are walking in the ways of God; I am not saying that life will be peaches and cream as far from the truth. If anything, life becomes more challenging because now you’re living for God and not the devil anymore (whether you realize it or not), meaning the devil can’t get to you; therefore, he will try to distract you in every way possible to make you for sake, the practices of God. Someone struggled with mental health instabilities for over a decade; I know what it feels like to want to give up on life and quit. The other day I struggled with this a lot, but the Lord provided me a way to flee from those degrading troublesome thoughts. What I am trying to say is this, you are trying to find the meaning of life and everything else except God. Why is it that people can give everything else and everyone else the time of day except Jesus? Why can people try and look for the meaning of life in many ways yet fail every time because they’re running away from God? Who is why we are alive today? God is constantly speaking to us, but are we listening to Him? Are we giving him the time of day but hearing Him out and doing what he says because He loves us and wants us to do right instead of wrong? God wants us not to go through something we didn’t have to go through. Yes, we will still go through hardships in life. Jesus said Himself in this life we will go through sorrow, but because He has overcome the world (John 6:33), we know that we can do all things through Jesus, who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). When the Bible says that does not mean nor imply that we can do anything and everything we desire; it means that we can do the things God has equipped us to accomplish, while we are on this earth, even when it seems impossible. We are all guilty before God for rebelling against Him. God has promised those who put their trust, faith, hope, and love in Him the forgiveness of sins, grace, mercy, and eternal life in Him so that when this life is over, we will be with the Lord in heaven, where there is no more pain, no more sorrow, no more weeping, no more crying. We won’t have to worry about paying taxes, having enough money for food, etc. None of those things will matter because we will be with God in heaven only if we truly surrender to the Lord. ---> more in the reply section

How do I have access to this? You might be thinking to yourself. Ask God for the forgiveness of all the sins you’ve ever committed, known and unknown. To repent of your sins means to acknowledge before the Almighty God that you have rebelled against him and done with his evil in his sight. All sin is the same in the eyes of God. God has no favorites (Romans 2:11), meaning He does not favor one person who may or may not have done this with that. In gods eyes, lying is the same as committing murder. He is the ultimate Judge and has placed all the judging that will occur when Jesus returns in the hands of the son, Jesus Christ. Those who have genuinely surrendered their lives to God and live for him do not have to fear this judgment that will be taken place. We have acknowledged that we are sinners in need of a Savior, and that Savior is Jesus. Again, God cannot force anyone to surrender to him. That is why we have free will to choose to serve God personally or not put one’s faith in God. There are consequences for not putting one’s trust and confidence in the Lord Jesus, I have seen it personally happen to people in my life, and there are many testimonies of people who had to go through that type of struggle before placing their faith in God. Some people are unfortunately reaping the consequences of those actions before sending their life to Christ. By repenting of your sins “in the name of Jesus,” you agree with God that you have sinned against him and that you were willing to receive his grace (obtaining something we do not deserve), mercy (not getting something that we do earn), and forgiveness of sins. The name of Jesus holds power and authority because Jesus is all-powerful and all-authoritative. Why do you think Jesus is the last resort people go through hardship and see a positive change in their life? It is because they know at the end of the day when all else fails, Jesus is the way because Jesus is the only way, truth, and wife. We cannot earn our way into heaven. Just because he might be a ”good person,” do charitable deeds, and put others before themselves does not guarantee anyone of making the kingdom of heaven. What Jesus did on the cross for humanity, past, present, and future cannot be bought. Jesus sacrificially gave up himself willingly. No one forced nor persuaded him to do so. He did it on his own accord because He loves God the Father, and that was the Lord’s will that needed to be accomplished by Jesus and was completed with perfection. I know life may seem complicated; you might be juggling many things by yourself, and you need help. I know you were trying to be perfect and do everything independently, but no one is perfect. Only Jesus is. Where do we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, and the Holy Spirit dwell within us? He will lead us “into all the truth” (John 16:13), explain His word (the Holy Bible) to us, and reveal to us things that we might not have understood before. Every time I read the Bible, I always ask God questions. There are many times when I don’t know what something may mean, and when I ask God to explain it to me, he always does. If he does it for me and all of the children, He will certainly do it for you too. “…Everyone who calls in the name of Jesus will be saved (Acts 2:21). If you want to live for God truly and not return to your old way of living, you can pray this prayer. It is NOT a magical prayer. Accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior is not a theatrical method. It is simply communicating to God that you want to live for Him and not give to the ways of this world any longer. To get to know who Jesus is and indeed start living for him, realize it will take work. It will take work. The word is by your side and will guide and direct how you need to go. Before deciding to live for God, this must be understood because you need to know what you are getting into. Before anyone assumes anything, living for Jesus is NOT a cult. There was a man named Saul who was genuinely devoted and had a zeal for God. He mistook his passion for God by inciting violence by persecuting Christians- killing people who proclaimed Jesus their Lord and Savior (Acts chapters 7-9). When he was on his way to Damascus (after Jesus was resurrected from the dead and ascended back to Father God in heaven sitting at his right-hand side), the Lord Jesus revealed himself to Paul. He asked him why he was persecuting Him, meaning why is he persecuting people who believe in Jesus? Paul was blind for three days because of the eternal God's glorious light, splendor, and majesty. The Lord provided a way for him to be healed by sending one of his children (someone on this earth that has surrendered their life to God and has become a child of God) who is filled with the Holy Spirit and by the power of the Holy Spirit, Saul was healed of his blindness and got his name, changed to Paul. The significance of his name being changed when he got saved signifies that he used to live one way, but now he’s a different person. --> last on in the reply section

If you want to get to know Jesus for yourself and start truly living for Him, if you're going to get that light at the end of the tunnel, and that light is Jesus (John 8:12), if you do not want to give into the corrupted ways of this world, pray this: “Dear heavenly father, I acknowledge that I have sinned against you. I acknowledge before you that I am a sinner in need of a savior, and that SAVIOR IS YOU, LORD JESUS. I acknowledge before you that I do not want to live a simple life anymore. I’m acknowledging before you That you are the one, and only true God, that you are the creator of the heavens and the earth, that you hold eternal life in your hands, that you hold all of existence in the palm of your hands, that you are the only way, the only truth, and the only life. Or Jesus, please forgive me for all of my sins. I believe that you died on the cross for all of my sins and rose from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit to reconcile us to God so that we do not have to receive eternal damnation caused by our sinful nature. I am asking your Holy Spirit to please come to me from all unrighteousness by the blood of Jesus Christ and dwell within me. Convict me of sin, vindicate me, Lord God, and show me how to live in a way that truly gives you glory and honor. I think you, God, for all that you’ve done, all that you do, and all that you will do. I thank you for providing me this opportunity to repent before you, and to accept the grease, mercy, and forgiveness of sins, that you provide all of those who surrendered to you. I thank You, God, and from this day on, I am willing to serve You, and I pray this in Jesus' name, amen.” Start reading the Bible for yourself; I would suggest reading, both the old and the new testament at the same time (the book of Psalms [Old Testament] in the book of John [New Testament]), get yourself plugged into a community of believers who live for the Lord Jesus genuinely, and don’t have everything for one second that you don’t know everything because we’re all learning something new every day and don't ever be afraid to ask questions when you don't know something.

so about a year ago my father was put on life support and he was in South Carolina and im in michigan so ofc i go to book a flight and i ask my gf of 3 and a half years if she could please come with me and id pay for the ticket, she had no job at the time and was not going to school. she said no, that made me rethink alot of things because i was supposed to be marrying this girl but she cant even be by my side in the hardest moment of my life? so i kinda shy away from talking to her alot while also grieving my fathers daeth and not even 2 days after he passed im getting yelled at by my gf saying im selfish and shit. we end up breaking up a week after my dad passed and all of my f4iends at the time were also friends with her and they all took her side and stopped talking to me. so in a week i lost my father my gf of over 3 years and every last one of my friends. and yet i still blame myself somehow for how i handled it, i quit my job and stayed in the basement for a year completely destroying every aspect about my life i had left. finally got a job again a week ago but i have alot more work to do

Cole as a person who teters on the line of blackpill I want to say thank you again for getting me out of it. I have heard the phrase "women get unconditional love" and after my last relationship ended I can wholeheartedly say they do not!! She used me and betrayed me! The hell with her! A man is loved only for what he provides but he needs to learn that money and food are not the only things he should bring and even if he doesn't have them he should never lose the one thing that every man or human being should have: courage. While I'm not a woman but I can say the only way I'll love a women is on the condition she not just loves me back but truly loves me back being there for my victories and failings and helps me every way I can throughout them. May sound simple but trust me the women in my past would disagree. Relationships are 50/50 in work Besides most channels would just leave it there without any solutions and just focus on what they want and keep the victim cycle turning. But thankfully not you. Another brilliant vid, Cole. About love, I'd like to add - we need to distinguish between the feeling of love and the act of love. Love as a noun vs love as a verb. I can't directly control who I feel love towards, but I can control who I perform love for. I may continue to FEEL love for someone who I know is never going to reciprocate, and who isn't even that good for me, but I don't have to ACT OUT on those feelings by being a doormat for them, or throwing away my life for them. I think a huge reason heartbreak happens is that most people don't bother thinking about the difference between feeling and acting out love.

*I think the most brutal truth is that you’re only dealt one hand of cards, and that hand can be the difference between unconditional love or a life of loneliness and despair* For example, subject 1 was born a poor black male in Nigeria, he’s gotta work extremely hard for awful pay, and the opportunities he has to actually make something of his life are slim. He would only be loved/respected on the condition that he actually makes something of his life, which will be difficult/near impossible Subject 2 would be a white girl born to an affluent family in upstate New York. She’s pretty, rich, and will be loved *unconditionally*, a stark contrast to the Nigerian kid. These are obviously 2 extremes, and I would say people can land anywhere on the “privilege” spectrum. The Brutal Truth here is that you’re only dealt one hand. Some people will tell you it’s how you play that hand which leads to a better life, but I’m arguing that sometimes the gap in quality hands is too hard to overcome. Personally, I don’t think I have a bad hand since I was born in America to 2 parents. With that said, I don’t know how I’m supposed to compete with people who clearly have much better hands. And the fact that I’ll die and never get the chance to “reshuffle” hurts just a bit

Subject 1 meets the love of his life. They struggle, but they find intimacy together so all the crap they deal with is just an obstacle to overcome. Subject 2 compares herself to everyone around her and has an eating disorder. She ends up with a bleeding ulcer and men who view her as a sex object. She takes her own life at 30 never knowing how to really be authentic in nature. Count your blessings. Both Subjects were blessed in one way or other. Both are also cursed. No one gets out alive.

Love is like the stock market, you just need to believe it exists and it'll reward you infinitely but if you lose faith you'll be ruined forever.

Kinda hard for me get friends,I've watched your videos on it and it somewhat gives me confidence and I actually tried it but the questions I give to people tend to be like one word responses and walking up to a person seems like a hassle to do when you don't know what to say or not trying to interrupt someone talking to someone else

I found your channel last month and honestly it's scary how I'm literally a younger version of you. Just finished reading "the body keeps the score" and ngl it helped me rationalize my trauma. Always grateful for the wisdom.

Love is fake man love is basically an entitlement contract that says "I love you only if you benefit me or else scoot over, I am gonna love someone else" This I speak from personal experience and so far, I haven't seen any exception to this but I am also a positive person who hopes that this notion is disproved in my life someday in the future

@@ColeHastings cool. Have you read the toa te ching? Or listen to talks from Alan Watts? I find those fascinating, I am in pursuit of mastering the mind or self to find true happiness, and if found to share it to the world.

9:43 Flipping off cooking , man as of today I can relate so hard to this. Today I did not see that I didn't spin the dial all the way to 200 degrees and I undercooked my frozen potato croquettes. Such a simple task , you just put the damn things in and heat them , how tf do you miss this?! You don't realise stuff like this is possible until you start living by yourself , damn.

Great video. The overarching thread across all three truths is simply: don't look for the bulk of your contentment outside of yourself. Be the author of as much of your happiness as possible.

And I actually accidentally solved the problem of nobody caring about my problems by simply trying my hardest to solve my own problems before going to someone else when I was a kid. And then, after I did that, I felt the need to help others with their problems because making other people happy would make me happy!
