Giorno's Theme Turns Into Queen Bohemian Rhapsody & Killer Queen for Young Queen Fans! Cole Lam

Last time I was out in St Pancras a family walked by with 2 young Queen fans - how did I know they were Queen fans? It's because I am a mind reader - see if you can tell from the clues! They saw me finishing Giorno's Theme and the boys had the most amazing reaction! So I asked if they wanted to hear any Queen and of course they said yes! The dad's favourite was - you guessed it, Bohemian Rhapsody and then I asked the boys and they wanted Killer Queen. I had not played Killer Queen for a while - so was a little unsure - but gave it a go. I love talking with the crowd, but sometimes I think some people can be shy - so if you ever see me, come and have a chat - or sing!

I have said many times that these public pianos are not about me, but about the crowd and the public watching and their enjoyment. This video is exactly what I mean. It's not often when I go out to play that I don't play Queen - and this time I did not plan to. I had been playing Giorno's Theme and then about to finish, but then a family with 2 young Queen fans (can you tell?) came by. The boys had such an amazing reaction to my play! I could not leave without playing Queen, so I asked and the dad's favourite was Bohemian Rhapsody and the boys asked for Killer Queen! Thank you for honoring Queen. Modern music in a sense has devolved, with the lyrics being about drugs, sex, partying, breakups, their lives of fame... most songs at least. In my own opinion you had to have talent to become someone back then. 90s and below music will always be the best music.
