In this video, I take you through my journey of improving the performance of my Coleman BT200X mini bike. I've been working on getting a torque converter to work with the 196 CC HiSun engine and experimenting with the carburetor and governor linkages.
To start, I installed a simple tachometer to measure the engine's RPMs and an hour meter for maintenance. Next, I replaced the carburetor jet with a larger one to increase power and RPMs. Finally, I tweaked the governor to allow for more rearward tension and higher RPMs, resulting in a much faster mini bike!
Join me as I install these upgrades and test the results on my Coleman BT200X! Remember, these modifications may void your warranty, so proceed at your own risk.
