Are you a Darnold guy? It is for sure a big IF they can stay healthy but i think no question Lamar is fast enough and athletic enough to make big plays off schedule. And i think Rosen gives you a Jared Goff/Kirk Cousins level passing game right off the bat. ANY O line Rosen has will be MUCH better than the one he played with at UCLA. And saying you dont wanna draft a guy cause hes " too smart " c'mon! Rosen says the things he says so he WONT be drafted by one of the top 3 or 4 worst teams in the leauge. He doesnt mind sitting a year behind Rivers, Manning, Or even Flacco, Dalton, Big Ben or Brady.

I can think of more than a few games where Josh was the dominant player. Heck, the last CSU game is a good example. 2016's UNLV game. 2016 Boise State. The Bills 100% did develop him but they drafted him af 7 because they could see what so many "experts" missed. Things like, his mechanics were sloppy yet he had a reputation for being very coachable. That tells people who understand the sport that it was most likely fixable, with proper coaching. He scored very high on the wonderlic. He came from a pro style offense. He had already decided to work with Jordan Palmer, the most successful QB coach of the Era. I could continue but clearly you are one of the people that think the Bills just got lucky with Allen. People who think that are either too blinded by their own bias or don't understand the game enough to see the truth. Regardless of which category you fall in, there is no hope for an intelligent debate with you so keep thinking the same teams just keep getting "lucky". If you ever want to understand the truth behind that luck, there are plenty of articles to explain it. I gotta warn you though most don't have pictures so they may not hold your attention. @@StevenSpliffherb Lamar is a good example of the experts not really knowing what they are talking about but Lamar’s situation was so much different than Allen’s so the particulars don’t relate, in my opinion. I think there were a lot of things that scared teams away from Lamar. I think longevity is a big one and unfortunately he can’t prove people wrong on that one for a while. I also think Lamar needs a specific kind of system to be successful. I don’t think you can plug him into any offense and he’s an MVP. I think the Ravens were a great fit for him. It’s just a shame it took them so many years to start investing in the offense around him.
