For 15 years you have been consistently posting new and imformative videos, it's crazy. Were these videos all from one session like 15 years ago and you just post clips from it every few days?

Coach Kolat, I'm sure you're aware, but your soph (I believe) season state final where you throw your headgear in the crowd is in the movoe "Warrior" with Tom Hardy & Nick Nolte... the director couldn't have picked a better person to base that character off of.

Coach I love these videos , very helpful may God Bless you incredibly and abundantly, I have questions , first how should I compose and recover mentally during intense wrestling to set up takedowns and should I focus a lot on lifting and strength and conditioning to better the endurance ? Should I focus more on lifting to better the endurance or should I just keep conditioning and wrestling itself ? And what is the best way to build overall strength and endurance , freeweights like barbell dumbbell , functional weights like kettlebells and sled push and pull or callisthenics , thanks to God I have better strength and endurance upper body but my legs seem to give out earlier even though I do train them intensely , I’m 16 , 6”3 , 180 lbs with a background of good boxing and strength training and I am trying to develop wrestling at a begginer-intermediate phase since in the uk wrestling isn’t as popular , also what is your recommendation for stamina conditioning and how to improve cardio for high power output for a long time , thank you for your time and always know what you do is appreciated , May God bless you and your family and nice physique coach

You should use visualizations to help your mental game. Find a quiet place where you can concentrate. Get in a comfortable position, close your eyes and begin to visualize the whole process of winning a match. Warming up, walking out, shaking hands, whistle blows, using your setups, scoring takedowns, back points, escapes, using all your best moves. Go through the whole match period by period and feel the crowd cheer as you get your hand raised. Do this as often as you can against real or imaginary opponents. Aim for at least one match a day. This will help give you confidence but you still have to work hard and earn it in practice. Wrestling is the best thing for wrestling conditioning. Adding warmup exercises and cooldown exercises before and after practice can also help to develop the proper strength, conditioning, agility and flexibility for wrestling. For strength, conditioning and agility you can add tumbling, bear crawls, burpees, pushups, sit-ups, pull-ups, running, sprinting, jump rope, box jumps, kettle bells etc. We believe in functional strength. Change up these exercises as often as you can to keep it interesting and to keep you from plateauing.

@@KOLATCOM thanks coach , truly this information is gold thank you for your kindness , should I also try and bulk up heavier while maintaining everything else , I sometimes feel too light or unevenly distributed , also do you know any good ways to fix core imbalance m recently I have been doing carries with a partner whereby i fireman carry him 30 m , and also a farmers walk and carry 30 kg dumbbell each side for 30 m , I notice an imbalance in my obliques specifically the right side where I have to work and contract way more and I think it’s because of the stance of wrestling and boxing as I tuck into my side a lot , should I try and switch stances and be ambidextrous with it ? Please let me know , thanks your for responding I respect you coaches like you a lot , great masculine role model in our tough times

You need to practice your whistle starts. Work on your stand up and sit out on the whistle. If you do not have a plan to move off the whistle then you need to make one. Letting the opponent break you down on the whistle will wear you out. You need to work on base building. If they break you down you need to be able to recover and get back to your base where you can execute your escapes and reversals.
