You can pick a box of that up anywhere, they have been on store shelves for several yrs! They actually have different kinds now! You can also buy them in the grocery store in the frozen section already made, I tried them over a month ago those aren’t as good as Red Lobster’s of course, they tend to be a bit doughy and, greasy! 11:19

I can not find the original Bisquick dumpling recipe anymore. What I do find is nothing like the same recipe that we had back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. What I would give for the original recipe.

@@K4familySnoeberger It should be on the back of the box, if not you can go to their website and, I am sure it’s also here on KZbin, just put in Bisquik dumplings and, it’ll take you to all the people demonstrating how to make them, it’s that simple! 15:40

Wow, I actually have cooked these hushpuppies from a very old Pawley's Island South Carolina recipe I found back in the early 70's but they didn't have cheese in them. Cooked them for a church fish fry by spoonfuls in hot oil and they would flip over by themselves. They were a big hit, I ran out of batter I cooked so many cause they ate them so fast. -- The jelly like you have Bonne Maman, can be found at Big Lot's locally in Lexington, S.C., I have the blackberry, so good on biscuits. I have not seen the Southern Biscuit Mix will I will be looking for ir in our Food Lion. You inspired me to make these again and add cheese this time. Great video.

You could also turn your oven on to like 250 and when they’re done to your liking, you can put them on the pan and stick them in the oven and they finish cooking in the oven. Can you do that?
@CollardValleyCooks5 ай бұрын
I am not sure I would just fry them

I understand that these are cheese fritters & I have made enough hush puppies in my lifetime to know they need to be smaller, teaspoon size. I would love a spicy , sticky sauce, hot pepper jelly would be good too.
