This is so much like the one I make, but I use crushed pineapple, toasted coconut, chopped walnuts and french vanilla pudding. You can also use Vanilla Ice Cream instead of cool whip.

It was just something I tryed.. ginger snap cookie crust and mascarpone cream cheese...real vanilla that you split an scrap... coconut 🥥 palm sugar.... Just my recipe

@@harlembofill4206 I use gingersnaps for crust on my Pumpkin Cheesecake, so yes. I cannot find mascarpone in my area, it is amazing what I cannot find in the mountains of West Virginia. But I make my pie/desserts and always get asked for recipes. I always feel like a cheater, and if I could say "mascarpone" they would think it is fanci-er. But honestly I get told I must bring this to events. Imagine tossing ideas around in a real kitchen...you and I could whip up some interesting versions. I do not know how to "just make the recipe", my mad scientist comes out.

Just made this pie yesterday and had me a slice for breakfast, 😂 Breakfast? I know...couldn’t resist. This was very tasty and fruity. Not too sweet, just the perfect balance of flavors. Light but indulgent. I love the sweetness of the pie with the tartness of the strawberries 🍓 all in all I see this recipe being very versatile with other fruits. I made this last week. My family said it was the best dessert I've ever made....?!!! Wow... I am in total shock!! Made it again today, this time I'm using the chocolate Oreo cookie crumbs to test out the flavour combo. I did like the Graham crust before, just love experimenting 👍 Thank you for sharing your easy and delicious family recipes. The flavours make everyone happy! PS love that I don't need to bake the crust. The 'cookies' were already cooked anyhow, right? It is delicious and the filling's moisture holds it all together after it has had time to set.

Anything with strawberries is the best, I buy frozen fruit and keep in freezer for the winter. Fruit and vegetables are not that great in the winter so frozen it is, not that bad most are really tasty. I'm going to the store tomorrow need cool whip, strawberry and cream cheese and a crust but that will be dessert tomorrow night. Oh my that looks so good. All most forgot my cast iron wok came today can't wait to use, I also bought the magnet measure spoons and the can opener and most importantly the pie pans, pretty soon my kitchen will all your favorite except for you.
