Looks beautiful, congratulations! I have a First edition in order and hoping for a wk 2 build fingers crossed. I’ve gone for the two tone orange in the end but wanted the yellow… Gutted re the variable floor too, can’t believe they want so much for it.

Thanks for your comment. You’ll certainly not be disappointed when yours arrives. The Buzz is brilliant. I was worried about the ride quality but it’s actually really good. The lack of electric tailgate and rear door options on the 1st Edition is a disappointment and the tailgate really is awkward. I expected mine to have the 2 level boot floor but since careful examination of the launch spec does show it is not included. Fingers crossed you get yours soon. I’ve been told that the phase 1 orders are likely to be September to December 23 delivery so only those who placed their deposits before phase 1 booking opened will be fortunate enough to have an early car.

Still waiting for mine. You have highlighted something I hadn’t realised. I also ordered the 1st Edition assuming it had all the features of the other models plus a few extras. Really surprised there is no electric tailgate. ☹️

I’d have loved an electric tailgate and rear doors on mine but they couldn’t be added. I’m disappointed that the two level boot floor wasn’t standard. On the plus side the car is absolutely brilliant to drive. It rides much better than I expected on the 21” alloys and it steers beautifully.

I've just discovered that Park Assist Plus does NOT include the memory function. I'm rather annoyed about this. Video to follow shortly.

I laughed, but you are right. Those wheels are NEVER going to hit a curb. I have 19" on my car and I park like a mile from the curbs, figuratively speaking.

Thanks for the comment. We’ve spent 2 weeks with the Buzz and my wife loves it and says the driving position and short front end have improved her driving and parking. She needs an Uber to take her to the curb.😂

Thanks for the comment. The 1st Edition is the most expensive in the range. It does not have the electric tailgate or comfort pack plus that are standard in the Style but it benefits from gorgeous 21” alloy wheels, twin electric memory front seats with massage function and the 12” media screen. This equipment can be added to a Style for £4,380. The spec missing from a 1st Edition but is standard in a Style is £900 extra but can’t be added, so the £1,000 premium for a 1st Edition over a Style is great value in my opinion.

It was the first ID Buzz to be handed over at the dealership and a photographer had just taken some pictures. Seemed like a good place to take a video when it was below zero outside.

The length of the waiting list in the UK suggests buyers don’t care. Used examples are selling for £10,000 over list price.
