After driving and very much enjoying my purchased new 964 l started hearing about and seeing videos about the Singer "reimagined" 911. I would have probably just remained curious until l met a gentleman who owned one as l started to ask him about it he said "you need to drive it" . That day l made the arrangements to ship mine off. The build quality exceeds anything else l own (17 cars not counting daily transportation) by miles. As Chris pointed out it's still an old 911 but improved to a level of perfection that can never be matched by a production vehicle. I love Porsches, l have a unrestored all original 69 911, a 68 912, 59 356 Super 90 and a leased 2023 911 as my daily but because l've had the Singer in it's old life and now reimagined not to mention all of the things that had Chris ranting about driving it make every ride an event. It wasn't until l took it on a track day l really got to appreciate that engine, my God it's so linear and refined. Mine is running a soft set up because l planned on driving it alot and l have. It should last the rest of my life, l've put 20k miles on it and have no hesitation of adding many many more.

If you want to encapsulate the essence of driving it is the "heel and toe" at 8.44-8.50. If you don't understand that then you are not a driver. Starting at 25 years old I drove Ferraris for 24 years and 264,000 glorious miles (trouble free miles too actually, drive them hard and they treat you right) but when they replaced that gorgeous open gate with a computer controlled flapper change designed to flatter people who do not need to have any skill at all, I walked away. Good on Singer and the team for providing what the rest of the automotive industry has turned its back on. Emotion.

An air cooled 9k rpm 500hp, what more could you ask, don't let me get started on the rims and the interior. Obsessed !!

Those dished wheels are spectacular!

I’d love to see Singer do a lesser loved car like the 914 or a 924. I can only imagine how awesome they could make one of those.

I was lucky enough to be taken for a ride in one of these yesterday. They're absolutely feral.

I have never been in a really nice car but I'm going to. I enjoy watching Chris because I feel he enjoys this so much. For him this doesn't seem like work. Which is the best way to think of ones job.
