My Relax: The feeling of coming home after vacation. I'm not sure if anyone else can relate to this but I recently returned from a week long trip and everything just feels so off! I feel so much more irritated and depressed even though I just had a good beach trip and nothing seemingly has gone wrong. Everything just seems out of place. I hope I am not the only one here.

I have been like this my while life and I'm 41. After every trip, even just a weekend I cry and am very depressed for several days. I absolutely hate it, sometimes it's the let down from being with extended family and friends and then back to alone, but I just think it's part of my depression and anxiety! I almost don't want to go because of how ill feel when I get home.

I totally get you! I usually feel better after some healthy food or some good hydration and a nap, or unpacking. Sometimes I will try to meal prep food and eat some fruit or a fresh veggie I like (such as bell peppers, cucumbers, and feta salad). Sometimes it just takes time to readjust back home.

36:00 FOR YEARS I have hot glued a 12-14” brightly colored ribbon to every remote I’ve ever owned. It is fantastic and we never lose them. Never!!!! People question it and laugh a little when they see it, but then they realize how amazing it is. Do it! The hot glue can peel right off if you need to change batteries or ribbons.

I think it’s okay to show arguments as long as they also show the loving, understanding part. Arguments are a part of a relationship and are important to show children. Children should see that some arguments never get resolved but can come to an agree to disagree resolution. As long as there is respect and communication, I personally don’t see a problem with it.

I've been feeling for a long time that Erik wishes that Colleen is more affective towards him, everytime she says something kinda cute he Is always so surprised, like she doesn't says anything nice in a regular bases, but he Is so nice to her, he always tries to make her feel special, but she is so used to it that she stopped caring.
