I would love to see more examples of applying gentle nutrition. This is a difficult concept for me and watching how you did that was so helpful.

I would have a hard time making it 24 hours eating childhood favorites. I like a childhood favorite sprinkled in here and there instead. For example I wanted pancakes and syrup. I had cinnamon spiral bread on hand so made French toast with butter and only had low sugar syrup on hand. Loved it all and took care of my hankering. As an adult I love my daily salads and kefir drinks.

I love Coco Puffs. Pretty much anything with chocolate though I usually got Honey Nut Cheerios as that is what my parents bought. Now I love to add Peanut Butter Captain Crunch to the Coco Puffs... TO DIE FOR!

I loved Fruit Loops, Honey Smacks, Corn Pops, Frosted Flakes, Super Golden Crisps, Honey Nut Cheerios. These days Frosted Mini Wheat and Honeynut Cheerios.

dude! Holy cow, the chips and cheese equal pure nostalgia for me! I used to make this ALL the time as a teenager and would add sour cream and jalapenos to almost every chip! lol looking back I'm like wow!!!! total fat bomb but so amazing. I will recreate this plate once every few years to relive it but so cool to see someone else do it too. lol

Honey Combs, Reese Puffs with Macadamia Nut milk. Love the pretzels! My problem is when I ate all this food, I would overeat it. Your videos are slowly showing me how to eat differently, but still eating what I haven't had in years ( I've been Keto/Low Carb for a year and have lost 100 LBS - I have more I need to loose) I love me some Peanut Butter & Dairy ( Cheese of all kinds, but have to watch how much I eat )

I know restrictions aren’t the theme here but for me it’s essential with sugar . I notice the theme here is sugar on every meal in so,e form . For me my insulin would be spiking big time .

🥣, I know for me I’d eat the entire box . I love fruit loops , once start 😅I can’t stop with cereal . I miss it sometimes. Even if I added toppings fruit I still was a bottomless pit . Plus the sugar the insulin spike would have me napping and sluggish all day . I’d eat a bowl and go back to sleep . Me and sugar don’t mix . Eating higher fat has me satisfied but then I crave sugar . I miss eating what I want . If I could eat whatever I wanted for one day with no negative effects from my body it would look something like this

Something I struggle with is when we see my boyfriend's friends. He and his friends never consider food when they make social arrangements. I don't mind when I eat, I just want to know WHEN, that gives me a lot of comfort. Especially when at someone's house, I feel it's rude to get snacks out of my bag and eat them if I'm ravenous. As they're his friends I don't want to be pushy with food, but is there another way I can navigate this so I don't make poor food choices due to feel too hungry?

What if you bring some snacks to "share" with his friends. That way, you are offering it AND you can have a snack to feel satisfied!❤
