@@ColleenVlogs Don’t want to seem like a Debbie downer but be very careful with the kids wearing the helmets when they aren’t on their bikes or scooters. I’ve heard so many nightmare stories about kids getting the straps hooked on things and getting choked with them. Just always make sure there’s someone around when they are wearing them so they don’t get snagged on something. Which I’m sure you already do, but just in case I thought I’d mention it

I have 3 daughters. 24, 22 &18. From the time they could understand, I never "promised" anything. I hated disappointing them, too, so I quickly learned to tell them what we hope would happen but that things happen to change plans. It made cancelling things or things or people not showing up a lot easier for them to take. ❤

My niece for a while couldn't say the v sound and would replace it with b, so bacuum cleaner, and bagina. And L's at the beginning of words were replaced with y, so yemonade. She's 36 now but love that I still remember that precious time.

TTQ: do you know your neighbors? As someone from Midwest we know at least three neighbors on our block no matter where you move too.
