Ya, could have been multiple things with the heart, or a blood clot, just so many things it could have been. My middle son was born with a defective heart valve 19 years ago which was eventually replaced with a Pig valve, and will not much longer now have to be fixed again in some way. The heart enlargement causes them to be more prone to heart arrhythmias. It is thought to have a hereditary cause or a viral component. Essentially, this arrhythmia causes their heart to quiver instead of beat regularly. This quivering doesn’t produce a blood pressure and they pass out once they go into the rhythm. For anyone who doesn't know. He's ok as of now. He doesn't know why it happened but they're going to run tests on him to determine the cause of the collapse. He isn't playing this season but is participating in a coaching role. Glad he's ok!

Ummmm. I have seen nothing about Danny Berger at Utah State, who LITERALLY DIED ON THE COURT, and Abel Porter from The Ohio State University that also collapsed on court at the beginning of this year. This is not uncommon.
