So what? maybe the kid got a full scholarship like a lot of people(partial or not) and doesn’t have to pay for school, good for him if that’s the case. It’s not his fault if the everyday person suffers at his expense, that would be your government. And what’s going to work each day if he’s paid for and is studying day in and out for what he believes will get him higher in the work force later on anyway? I mean ideally if people could get away with doing less in general they would, that is one of the reasons for social jobs and the push for industrial progression is it not?

That's what they call a "stutter". I used to stutter like crazy back when I was in school, and got made fun of daily. It not a huge issue anymore since I'm older, but when you're a teenager with a stuttering problem, public speaking can make it so much worse.
