Oddly, this is the first time I've ever heard Uriah Heep. They weren't big where I grew up, I guess. I did meet some Indian dudes in college who were way into them.

The song is from the 70s; remastered in 2003. OK, so you are absolutely loving the music that got me through the disco era, when avoiding that trash was not easy. Uriah Heep, Mott the Hoople, and Edgar Winter saved me! So, you really have to see (and I do mean "see") Edgar and his boys doing Frankenstein live at kzbin.info/www/bejne/hmnJXoSYYseqorc. I've suggested it before, but I don't think you've reacted to it. Keep in mind it was 1973 and yes, Edgar was the first to put a keyboard on a strap so he could move around the stage. The album version was about 4.5 minutes long and went to number 1, but Edgar always said Frankenstein is a visual song. Please load it up; can't wait to see your reaction!

First time i also heard this. Liked one or two Uriah Heep tunes throughout my life, but never this. Guess I'm not a big enough fan. I found out it's from 1975, but actually it sounds like it could of been the late 60's. Never would i thought it was from even the 80's, let alone the 2000's lol.
