Mario reignited the fire, Sonic was the first to "step it up". Sega took on and even for a time, beat Nintendo. Their rivalry from that keep the fire of video games alive long after the dark crash that could have killed all video games before these two. Just a thought. Powered Up Cartoons Super Mario 3d World was nice.(for once peach wasn't kidnapped) It be cool if Daisy was kidnapped again. Sad its been 20 years after her introduction and no game has a major role for her. Yeah...and actually the first game mario was in was "Donkey Kong Circus" before Donkey Kong. I found out that actually mario was donkey kong's "servant" and he got abused by donkey kong. To take revenge, he caged donkey kong and it lead to the game "Donkey Kong JR" where donkey kong jr attempts to save his father. Mario is also caught electrocuting the poor ape-thingy. Also in Mario Tennis, if you win with luigi, mario steps on luigi's foot but when mario wins, luigi is NOT upset...
