We need an Adam Honda drag build. He could build a turbo Honda chassis and push 600-800. Probably push 1000+ and rival Collettes Mopar build. Need to collab with PFI Speed and BoostedBoiz

Not sure on Mopar, but at least some of the GM superchargers can benefit significantly from a mild port on the blower. If you have time...

You should go ahead and do a blower upgrade and get a Magnuson 2650 and put a bigger sized drive by cable throttle body while it's out of the car and you should've either kept the trans that was in the car and just had it rebuilt and upgraded or got a new Powerglide or better yet a TH400 from Rossler or M&M and if you would've went with M&M you could get a Reid case for the trans with a billet bell housing and their all billet bolt together convertor and that way if the convertor was too tight or too loose you could make a stator change yourself and I know a manual trans has less drag on the engine which converts to the engine being able to make more power but in drag racing you want to run an automatic transmission because you can be more consistent on the launch and with the shifts so you end up being faster and quicker than you would if you had a manual transmission in the car and the only time I've really ever seen a manual transmission be faster and quicker in a car while drag racing is if you have a dual clutch to where you only have to use the clutch is to put it in gear and then you no lift shift it for the entire run like the transmissions that they run in the NHRA Pro Stock cars where they row the gears back and forth the entire run until they pull the chutes at the end

@collete davis you should check out throtl and their hellcrate viper cause the oil pan they have is pretty good quality and its a rear facing and not front
@bigbaz11592 жыл бұрын
Hi Collete Make a cardboard or thick paper pattern off the Tremec bellhousing and see if it matches up with the rear motor plate that's in the car as I'm seam to remember the bolt pattern is the same, Do you have to run a manual gearbox as for what you are doing an auto would have been better.
@rickricky82112 жыл бұрын
The bolt pattern on the block plate is for a big block Mopar. All the new HEMI's have the small block pattern.

Put the fuel cell in front, quicker delivery and then you can just add some weight to the rear to keep it planted

Why didn’t you get an auto translation for drag racing is much faster and you can leave for tranny break in Drag racing. I would recommend a chiller or an icebox if you want to do it that way but the killer uses the air-conditioning I don’t know if you have a compressor on there but it makes it like 30 40° below ambient which is crazy.LMR racing has some type of chiller to riches saying they’re working with Chevy engines but it shouldn’t be a difference I’d hit them up Mike from Street speed use them
