Reminds me of Stan Lee's story where they were about to close the doors and his wife said why dont you write the way you want to(rather than the standard comic stories of the time). So he wrote the Fantastic Four as a bickering family with flaws. Along with Jack Kirby they revolutionized the industry. All on "the way out the door". The lesson is to take chances and believe in yourself.

Dan Curtis said that when he told Goldberg the dream he thought it will make a great show for prime time and it was Leonard who said that it would make a great daytime show, so I don’t know who’s lying is it either Dan or Leonard or all the above, what do you think?
