Thanks for this review. I was really looking out for alternative styluses. And you answered my question. I had actually looked into that specific capacitive stylus and wondered if it would work. But I see that it doesn’t work for notetaking. I’m sticking with the original stylus. Still waiting for mine to be delivered.

Why say 12:9 and not 4:3 screen?

it's how it reports itself in hardware info. probably because it's more intuitive to see how 12:9 differs from standard 16:9
