Thanks for acknowledging that not everyone can shoot in log or raw. So many tutorials start from that assumption. Thanks 😀 👍

So with this way you don't need CST to convert your footage to rec709?

Thanks bro please what's different between working in Davinci wide gamma intermediate time line and that of Rec709 gamma 2.4 ?
@antonkvisuals Жыл бұрын
Davinci wide gamut is a wider color space than Rec709. More room to push the footage basically.

Thanks, I edited multiple camera footages too, but something is happening where the exported video is not as vibrant as it showed while editing, Know any reason why that could be an issue ?

It can be a variety of different things unfortunately. There is an article by Cullen Kelly that is named "Grading for Mixed Delivery" Which not only takes into acount the topic of the name but also alot of good things that can "throw of" your grade when viewing it.

…what if not a LOG profile like s-cinetone from a7siii …what is the best setting?

Then just use rec.709 gamma 2.4 for both timeline and output color space

Why do a video showing people how to colour correct footage from high end cameras. Because we all use them .. Uh? It would have been more helpful to show how to correct to consumer grade cameras. Iphone vs Canon vs Panasonic or similar. I did take something from this that was helpful though, the Colour Manage setting is only helpful when using RAW footage. Or at least that's what I heard here.
