What if po and zhen chose brizalo(a 16 year old male hybrid between a caiman lizard, amadillo lizard and a Chinese crocodile lizard) as a new dragon warrior because in the ending, zhen looked at brizalo being shamed, sad, hopeless, rejected and its slowly leaving the valley of peace, so zhen and po feel bad for brizalo and it realizes how skilled and smart at dodging attack is brizalo when fighting the chameleon, so po and zhen let everyone give the respect to brizalo.

The Chameleon is all of those colours because she's a representation of the challenges that Po has overcome, specifically the villains that he's faced. This is clearly to reflect the journey he's had as the Dragon Warrior, which he needed to pass on in order to progress. She also has gold because she's a dark reflection of Po. The colour theory really shows off in the four villains and hero
