Great puzzle and solve. Solved it in 34:52. I got stuck in the beginning, then I read the rules and realized that there is also the antiknight constraint. That helped after that to finish quickly. :) To disambiguate at the end I used the fact that r7c1 and r8c2 add to 10, so the sum of the digits on the arrows is more than 16, so r9c1 must be 9.
