Cool...we used to make the Sala drinks with cold water, but without condensed milk & evaporated milk. Will have to try it with condensed & evaporated milk next time.

I love these! They had these at the temple and they'd pour the Sala syrup on shaved ice and top it with condensed milk

Iced colored milk is normally called ‘Nom Yen’, normally refers to the pink one. Green on is ‘Nom Kieaw Yen’(นมเขียวเย็น).

Why not do the milk in first and than the water in the formal milk botlle after the major part of the milk was putt in to the color? So you do not spoil the milk that is now left in the botlle? (At about 2:45 in the video)

I measured the milk for recipe purposes, so that's why I poured it into a small measuring cup first. But if you don't want to spoil the leftover milk then do as you say. It works as well.
