Looks like the card was only running at 8x instead of 16x. At least thats what GPU-Z showed.

Good Observation. I noticed that later too during editing. it has been fixed later on this card.

My guess would be one of the capacitors near the x16 connector wasn’t making a connection. The third or fourth pair of caps?

One of the caps on the 13th pair was knocked off. Replaced the capacitor and it was back to normal. I have a video on how the card will show if any of the caps gets knocked off and how to fix it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bnS6pH2Pot9qjM0

No nothing to do with pcie pins. The problem was with broken memory solder and pads and under the core.

The core had to be reballed and memory replaced

0.5mm on memory. The other areas I think are 1mm.
