Who’s excited to study Colossians?! Let me know your favorite verse or something you learned from this chapter! 🙏🏼💛

Obviously, Colossians 3:23- "Whatever you do, do it from the heart of the Lord and not for people." I feel like I relate with this verse a lot, because I personally struggle with people-pleasing, so this reminds me that I should only be trying to please and impress our amazing and praise-worthy Father. 🙏🙏🥰

As Paul was rejoicing in his suffering, I realize that we also should not give up in our suffering as Christ believers. Paul is a real encourager. Thank you Kaci. ❤️🙏🙏

I like Colossians 1:6 I no longer seek to serve myself but to serve God! I tend to not be confident in the right ways but God’s word has changed my life to pray more and strengthen me in faith! Areas in my life that still need changing are my impulse controls and negative thoughts! I believe God is helping me when I read God’s word and bearing fruit! May God bless you and grant you peace in Christ Amen ❤️

I was very happy to see your Bible Study this morning. Seeing that I had been lacking to do my own, it helped to do so with someone. Kind of like a push to get back on track. Also, the verse that speaks on not being perfect until the Lord return was like a sound board. Reminding me that hey you have slack on your studies and it's ok to jump back in for God perfects those things in you that concerns Him over time. Sometimes we need to show ourselves a little Grace. Thank God for using your Bible Study to get me back on track. I will be joining you more often.

Hey Kaci! I am someone who is really trying to grow her faith and I wanted to study another book of the Bible alongside the one I'm reading through currently. A lot of things stood out to me about Colossians 1 but I loved the part that spoke to the fact that we aren't supposed to remain in spiritual infancy. We are to be continually growing in Him.

I love verse 12 which reminds us that we are Gods chosen people. “Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light” I am so very thankful for this fact every second of every day. 🙏

21:18 v 24. What sufferings is Jesus experiencing for his earthly ministry since its been completed? Wouldn't all his ministry for 3 yrs accumulated at his passion/death?
