Colour Pencil Tips - Understanding your pressure

I have an array of PrismaColor pencils. How do these translate to the suggested pencils that you have for the tutorial on this project?

Hi, this is just a pressure test video so you only need to pull out a couple of darks, a couple of mid tones and some lights. Specific colours are not important. If you truly want to match though you can get hold of Karen Hull's conversion charts

When colouring with pencils I have pressure that is less than 1 in most cases, prob why it takes me forever to build up layers lol😝

Lol! There is nothing wrong with having a lovely light touch but yes, don't be afraid to go in with a bit more pressure and also vary your pressures in different areas. Pencil work takes soooo long as it is so anything to speed us up a little is most welcome ☺
