If I remember right, what was trying to happen was Steichan was trying to get a jump from the defense to get closer to the end zone to punch it in. There was also a thought to get a penalty to back up Gay a little so it wasn't such a sharp angle kick

People aren’t thinking deep enough about what the Colts were trying to do. Got Baltimore to use a timeout. Tried to get them to use another one and were completely fine with taking the delay of game. Gave their kicker a better angle. Honestly brilliant

Yo Jomboy, that Chiefs trick play definitely had two forward passes. Idk how literally everyone is missing it but I haven’t seen anyone call it out. He literally has to take a step forward & stick his arms fully out to catch that ball. That was a forward pass in the backfield before the regular forward pass crossing scrimmage line.

love these videos and lip reads are solid as always but jomboy sliding across the screen to match the timer makes me a bit queasy tbh. It’s just a real slow movement and I’m always aware how much of the video is left. Cannot recommend more to move jomboy to a stationary top left position or just doing some random movements throughout (The times he was superimposed on random people in baseball videos of yore were awesome).
