Heel hooks are my instant go to from guard. Its easy to get back up when the other guy is busy fighting pain. Lol. Some people have no clue of how difficult it is to maintain balance(let alome kick someone) when one of their legs are seized. Your channel is gold. I am a long time sub. Its saddens me to see that you are not getting the recognition you deserve. This channel deserves more subs.
